What is free, and what may cost extra?
Standard tariff advice, ordering, and basic setup are free. When a referral is successful, we receive compensation from the relevant provider. Additional services or hardware may incur a charge after prior agreement.
The normal consultation is not a full Austrian market comparison: the currently integrated portfolio contains A1 and Magenta. If a contract is completed through the service, compensation can be paid by the relevant provider; this does not change the needs calculation or recommendation.
The quiz recommendation is initially independent of your address. Afterwards, we check the actual availability and applicable conditions of A1 or Magenta at your address before anything is ordered.

Why do you need the exact address later?
The quiz recommendation is initially independent of your address. Afterwards, we check the actual availability and applicable conditions of A1 or Magenta at your address before anything is ordered.
Can you activate internet on the same day?
Requests for today are prioritised. Same-day activation depends on whether a suitable connection is already present at the address, whether immediate activation is possible, what hardware is available, and whether a technician appointment is needed. Provider and availability conditions also matter; same-day activation is not guaranteed.
What if my Wi-Fi is the real problem?
